OWN has released the official trailer for the 7th and final season of the award-winning series, “Queen Sugar.”
In the Season 7 premiere, the Bordelon siblings must put their complicated lives aside so that they can come together to run the clan’s struggling sugar cane farm.
‘Queen Sugar’ Cast
The gorgeous key artwork for “Queen Sugar” Season 7 sent fans of the show into a frenzy when Charley Bordelon, played by Dawn-Lyen Gardner is noticeably missing.
She is also missing from the trailer.

Dorsey (Hollywood Desonier), Henry G. Sanders (Prosper Denton), Ethan Hutchinson (Blue), and Timon Kyle Durrett (Davis West).
When Does ‘Queen Sugar’ Come Back On?
The 7th and final season of the hit drama series premieres on Tuesday, September 6 at 8 p.m. EST.
The final season is expected to offer 13 episodes.
How Does It End?
The biggest question on everyone’s mind about “Queen Sugar” (aside from where’s Charley) is how does the story end for the beloved Bordelon family?
The show’s creator Ava DuVernay, told Deadline in 2021, “I didn’t think about how to get to the end, I just know what the end will be. I’m excited about where it’s all going, so, as we start writing more, the adventure will be to take steps to get to the end of the journey.”
