Professional skateboarder Terry Kennedy was arrested on Tuesday for aggravated battery and allegedly threatening to murder officers nine different times.

He was also charged with other crimes.

According to a DuPage State’s Attorney’s Office spokesperson, Terry was accused of leaving a guy with a fractured skull and a concussion at a motel in Oakbrook Terrace, IL on July 27.

He was eventually located and taken into custody, and the spokesperson says he became aggressive with the cops during the booking.

He allegedly told the cops he would murder them nine different times.

I will kill one of you police. We kill police where I’m from.

He also allegedly referenced a 2017 incident in Whittier, California.

We killed ya’ll in Whittier, California. We killed ya’ll b***h a**.

Court records state that Terry was booked on multiple charges including aggravated battery in a public place and threatening a public official.

Terry was in court on Wednesday and his bail was set for $100,000.

He is still behind bars, and his next court appearance is in late August.

Terry Kennedy is a big deal in the skating world. He’s appeared in the video game “Skate,” and he’s known to ride at Rob Dyrdek’s fantasy factory.

I would like to think a black man in today’s society is smart enough not to tell cops he will murder them, and I’m very curious to see how this plays out.
