In a shocking turn of events, Terryon Thomas, known as “Mr. Prada” on TikTok, has been arrested in connection with the murder of a therapist whose body was found along a Louisiana highway.

Authorities in Dallas County, Texas, apprehended the 20-year-old social media star on Monday, according to Page Six.

Thomas faces multiple charges, including property damage, resisting arrest, and unauthorized vehicle use, and is currently being held without bond.

The vehicle involved belonged to William Nicholas Abraham, a 69-year-old therapist from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Abraham’s body was discovered wrapped in a tarp on Sunday, with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office confirming his death resulted from blunt force trauma, officially ruling it a homicide.

Surveillance footage released by Tangipahoa Parish authorities shows an individual believed to be the last person to drive Abraham’s vehicle in Baton Rouge.

This individual reportedly fled from police during a traffic stop and attempted to escape on foot after crashing the car.

East Baton Rouge Parish court records indicate that Abraham had been arrested in 2015 for allegedly inappropriately touching an 11-year-old boy during a therapy session, but he was never formally charged.

Defense Attorney Jarrett Ambeau, who represented Abraham, asserted that the alleged victim was not “Mr. Prada.”

“It’s unequivocally not him,” Ambeau stated Wednesday.

Following his 2015 arrest, Abraham was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison but was released after posting a $25,000 bond.

Prosecutors ultimately did not bring the case to trial.

“While there was probable cause for an arrest, my office had to determine whether the evidence met our burden at trial, which is proof beyond a reasonable doubt,” District Attorney Hillar Moore explained to WAFB this week.

“This matter was under review for approximately two years. After evaluating all available evidence, considering the best interests of the child, and noting the absence of any inculpatory statements by the arrestee, we chose not to file formal charges.”

Sheriff Gerald Sticker acknowledged awareness of Abraham’s past arrest and stated that investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.

“We have no indication of where this originated,” Sticker said. “We are exploring all avenues, including cell phone data and license plate recognition.”

Interestingly, Thomas, who has over 4 million followers on TikTok, previously joked about “practicing” for a mugshot in a May 2023 video, captioning it, “practicing for my mug shot cuz this might be the year someone gonna meet God if they piss me off too much,” while posing in his bathroom as if for a police booking photo.
