Rep. Maxine Waters joined Pro-Choice protesters and she made it clear that women will continue to be in control of their bodies despite what the Supreme Court says.
You see this turn out here? You ain’t seen nothing yet.
Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop us.
To hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them.
Women will be in control of their bodies, and if they think Black women are intimidated or afraid they got another thought coming.
Black women will be out in droves. We will be out by the thousands, we will be out by the millions. We are going to make sure we fight for the right to control our own bodies.
Women, lace up your Nikes because Mama Maxine has placed a call to action.

Roe v. Wade – was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States generally protects a pregnant woman’s liberty to choose to have an abortion.
Today (June 24), the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in a 5-4 decision.
The ruling gives the individual states the power to set their own abortion laws.
Reportedly, half the states are expected to outlaw or severely restrict abortion as a result of the Supreme Court’s decision, which is related to a highly restrictive new Mississippi abortion law.
Forever FLOTUS Michelle Obama also expressed her thoughts on the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
This country is going backward at lightning speed!
