Jurnee Smollett Gives A Heartfelt Thank You To ‘Lovecraft Country’ Creator Misha Green

Jurnee Smollett took to her Instagram to show her gratitude to her “twin flame” Misha Green for casting her in the hit HBO show, “Lovecraft Country.”

The finale of “Lovecraft Country” aired last night on HBO and Jurnee and Misha’s magic was on full display.

Misha created a horror drama series based on a continuation of the novel, “Lovecraft Country,” written by Matt Ruff in 2016.

The series is set in the 1950s and it deals with elements of racism, alcoholism, social injustice, and abandonment all engulfed in magic.

Jurnee Smollett plays the female lead Letitia (Leti) Lewis and she does an amazing job.

If you haven’t seen the series, I recommend that you check it out while it’s still on demand.

Jurnee is a remarkable actress whose career seems to get better and better with each project she does and with friends like Misha Green, the sky is the limit for Jurnee.

It is unknown if “Lovecraft Country” will return for a second season, but we definitely look forward to more projects from “twin flames” Jurnee and Misha.

Did you enjoy the “Lovecraft Country” series?
