Jackson Mahomes has been arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery.
The 22-year-old social media influencer and young brother of Super Bowl champion and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was booked into the Johnson County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
Jackson’s arrest stems from a February 24, 2023, incident at Aspens Restaurant and Bar Lounge in Overland Park.
The 40-year-old owner of the establishment claims allegedly assaulted her and shoved a waiter in a separate incident.
Video of the alleged incident began circulating online and appears to show Jackson Mahomes doing exactly what he is accused of.
In March, Jackson’s attorney released a statement denying the claims.
