Issa Rae is married, y’all!
The Emmy-winning actress tied the knot with her longtime boo, Louis Diame, over the weekend in the South of France.
The lovebirds exchanged vows in a lush and ultra-private ceremony.
The bride wore a beautiful Vera Wang dress and the groom was decked out in Dolce and Gabbana.
Issa announced her nuptials like only she can.
In a post on her Instagram page, she shared gorgeous photos from her wedding day, but presented them as an “impromptu photo shoot.”

B) My girls came to help me, but they all coincidentally had on the same dress! They were sooooo embarrassed.

Issa has kept her relationship with Louis very private, however, engagement rumors began when Issa was spotting rocking a gorgeous ring on the April 2019 cover of Essence magazine.
She later threw people off of her trail during an appearance on “The View” when she said, “I’ve got a lot of rings on my finger. I wear jewelry, you know?“
Well, now Issa Rae and Louis Diame are officially husband and wife and I couldn’t be happier for them!
