Gabriella Zuniga Exits OnlyFans Days After Shannon Sharpe Lawsuit Is Settled
Less than 24 hours after attorney Tony Buzbee confirmed that Gabriella Zuniga’s $50 million civil lawsuit against Shannon Sharpe had been settled, the 21-year-old took to Instagram to announce her retirement from OnlyFans.
Zuniga, identified by Sharpe as the woman behind the high-profile lawsuit, told followers:
Today, I have decided to retire from OF.
Thank you for the incredible support you’ve shown me over the past few years.
This community has given me a life I could have never imagined.
I’ll still be active on social media and have several new projects in the works that I can’t wait to share!
I’m truly excited for this next chapter. I love you all forever and ever.
See the original statement below.

Though she didn’t name names or reference the legal case directly, her exit from a platform that reportedly earned her six figures monthly left many speculating that her Shay Shay Pension Plan came with some serious retirement benefits.

A Look Back At The Shannon Sharpe Lawsuit
Filed in April 2024 in Clark County, Nevada, the lawsuit alleged that Shannon Sharpe engaged in multiple non-consensual sexual encounters with Zuniga during a “rocky consensual relationship” that began after they met at a Los Angeles gym in 2023.
She was 20 at the time, and Sharpe was 54.
Zuniga sought $50 million in damages, citing assault, sexual assault, battery, and emotional distress stemming from alleged incidents that took place in her Las Vegas apartment between October and January.
Sharpe, through his attorney Lanny J. Davis, denied the allegations and revealed that he had offered Zuniga “at least $10 million” to settle the case during mediation.
That offer was reportedly declined at the time.
However, both parties ultimately reached a confidential settlement last week, and the case was dismissed with prejudice—meaning it cannot be refiled.

The Shay Shay Pension Plan?
Zuniga’s abrupt exit from OnlyFans—just hours after the lawsuit was resolved—sparked a wave of speculation that she walked away with a very comfortable cushion.
I quickly dubbed it the “Shay Shay Pension Plan,” implying her sudden retirement wasn’t just about a lifestyle shift.
While the settlement terms remain confidential, walking away from a six-figure monthly income suggests Zuniga may have secured a long-term financial upgrade.
