Floyd Mayweather shared a weird dance video on his Instagram account to honor his friend, Usher Raymond, on his birthday.
After watching the video a few times, I couldn’t understand what was going on, but thankfully Floyd explained what was happening in the caption.

What he was talking to me about was incorporating dance and skating moves in my next exhibition. Also, belated Happy Birthday to @boogsneffect ! Congratulations on ya’ll newborn son!

I’m still not sure why Floyd chose a video of Usher dressed like Homie the Clown doing dance moves in a skating rink to honor him on his birthday.
The huge yellow and white shoes that Usher was wearing took over the whole video.
