Viral video of the July 6, 2019 altercation showed 35-year-old Avery Robinson viciously attacking his sister, his brother-in-law, and his girlfriend.

When the family was escorted out of the park, Robinson assaulted a Disneyland employee with his car and he threatened to kill his family members as he drove out of the park.

According to a statement released by the office of Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer:

Avery Robinson pleaded guilty to a laundry list of charges including 13 misdemeanor counts related to child abuse, criminal threats, battery, assault, and one felony count of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.

He was sentenced to 180 days in county jail and four years of formal probation.

Andrea Nicole Robinson, 40, is facing five misdemeanor charges of battery for assaulting her brother Avery, his girlfriend, and a Disneyland employee. She’s also facing a misdemeanor assault charge for attacking Avery’s girlfriend.

If convicted, Andrea faces a max of 2.5 years in jail.

Andrea’s husband, Daman Petrie, 44, is facing one misdemeanor count of battery for punching Avery’s girlfriend in the face. He faces 6 months in jail.

This entire situation is a hot behind mess! If they fought like that at Disneyland – I’d hate to see what pops off at home!
