In the TRO request, Dillon Brooks outlined a pattern of disturbing behavior by Heather Andrews dating back to 2018 — when the two first met at a nightclub in Las Vegas and began dating.
Brooks says Andrews became pregnant with their first child just a few months into the relationship, and from that point forward, the situation quickly escalated. He alleges:
- She sent emotionally abusive messages regularly
- Leaked private conversations to gossip sites
- Made repeated threats to his personal safety and NBA career
- Vandalized his Memphis property in 2022
- Accessed a co-parenting app to send threats posing as him
Brooks even included screenshots of disturbing messages in his filing — one reading, “I’ll have someone cut each one of your f**ing little fingers off one by one… So you can never play basketball LOL.”
In another message, Andrews allegedly targeted Brooks’ mother, writing, “I’ll send someone after your mom too, b**ch.”
The filing also claims that Andrews recently hacked into Brooks’ OurFamilyWizard co-parenting account and sent a threatening message to herself — pretending it was sent by him.

This isn’t the first time the former couple has taken legal action against one another.
Last year, Heather Andrews obtained a temporary restraining order against Brooks, accusing him of harassment and threats.
