Jourdan Atkinson Breaks Her Silence After Diddy Verdict
Jourdan Atkinson, the former personal chef to Sean “Diddy” Combs, is publicly voicing her deep concerns following the music mogul’s recent federal trial outcome.
In a series of emotional Instagram posts, Atkinson says she’s “terrified” and fears for her safety after Diddy was acquitted of the most serious charges in his federal sex crimes case.
The trial, which gripped headlines for weeks, ended with Diddy convicted on a lesser charge—transportation to engage in prostitution—but cleared of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
Now, Jourdan, who says she was both a victim and a witness to Diddy’s abuse, is left reeling.
She Asked The Judge To Deny Diddy Bail
On Wednesday, July 2, Jourdan was one of several government witnesses who sent letters to U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian urging that Diddy be denied bail while awaiting sentencing.
In her letter—later posted to Instagram—Atkinson said:
“I’d like to express how terrifying this whole ordeal has been for me personally. This past year and a half has been traumatizing. This verdict is devastating. I fear for my safety upon his release.”
Judge Subramanian ultimately sided with the prosecution and denied Diddy’s release, citing the severity of the case and his alleged history of domestic violence.
“I Want To Be Clear—As A Victim, I Do Not Feel Safe”
Following the judge’s ruling, Atkinson posted a series of candid videos and documents to Instagram, including a subpoena from the Southern District of New York that compelled her to testify before a grand jury in April 2024.
She detailed her traumatic experience working for Diddy, alleging that she was physically abused by him and personally witnessed the abuse of Cassie Ventura, his ex-girlfriend and the government’s star witness.
In one of the videos, Jourdan Atkinson stated:
“I want to be clear, as a victim, as a former employee of Sean Combs, I do not feel safe. I am extremely traumatized. I do not know where to go from here.”
Alleged Government Pressure & Diddy’s Legal Team Contact
Atkinson revealed that federal agents showed up at her home in March 2024.
Fearful, she initially refused to speak.
After being subpoenaed, she claims one of Diddy’s attorneys reached out via text message offering legal assistance—an action she interpreted as intimidation.
She said she was scheduled to testify on May 20, but was ultimately “pulled” from the witness list after “flipping out on the government,” indicating a breakdown in trust or extreme stress surrounding the case.
Jourdan Atkinson has now deleted her social media post.
Fear Of Retaliation Remains High
Despite never taking the stand, Atkinson remains a central figure in the broader narrative surrounding the case.
Her public statement underscores a growing concern for witness safety in high-profile trials involving celebrities and alleged abuse.
As of now, representatives for Diddy and the Southern District of New York have not commented on Atkinson’s claims.
What’s Next For Diddy?
Diddy remains in federal custody as he awaits sentencing in October on the prostitution-related charge.
The legal road ahead could still carry serious consequences for the embattled mogul.
