The blessings are overflowing for Kevin Ford, the Burger King employee who received a goodie bag after 27 years of service with the fast-food restaurant.
After going viral, Kevin’s daughter launched a GoFundMe for the community to give her dad donations of love and the fundraiser has now exceeded $44K in just three days.
Comedian and actor David Spade contributed to the fundraiser for Kevin with a $5,000 donation.
Initially, Kevin wasn’t sure if the donation really came from thee David Spade.
But, after donating, David sent Kevin a DM via Instagram that read:
Keep up the good work. 27 yrs ?
Kevin responded writing:
Cannot Believe This!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

David responded:
Wait till year 30. ?
In an interview with TMZ, Kevin Ford clarified that it’s not Burger King, the company is actually HMSHost.
Kevin seems like a really great guy who is deserving of all of the blessings he is receiving.
