📺 Brit Eady Files Lawsuit Against Bravo Over NSFW Poster Incident On ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’
Things just got even messier in the ATL. Brit Eady has officially filed a bombshell lawsuit against “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” network Bravo, its parent company NBCUniversal, and production companies Truly Original and Endemol Shine North America.
The reality star is demanding at least $20 million in damages, citing defamation, sexual harassment, emotional distress, and more.
At the center of the drama is a jaw-dropping photo that surfaced during the grand opening of Kenya Moore’s Hair Spa in June 2024.
Kenya reportedly handed out posters at the event that appeared to show a woman—allegedly Brit—engaged in a sexual act.

😳 The Photo That Sparked A Firestorm
Brit Eady wasn’t even at the salon opening, but once she learned about the posters circulating, she was understandably furious.
According to her lawsuit, the poster implied she was performing oral sex, something she vehemently denies.
Eady claims Bravo not only allowed the graphic image to be shown but also aired cast reactions to the moment during Episode 5 of Season 16.
She believes the network “falsely yet unmistakably implied” that it was her in the image, contributing to a hostile work environment and causing significant personal and professional harm.
“I was made aware of the photo being presented at the event, and based on what I was told, assumed that it was somehow a photo of me… upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it was not me.”
💔 Brit Eady Skips Reunion, Speaks Out On Social Media
On the same day she filed her lawsuit, Brit took to social media to confirm that she would not be attending the RHOA reunion, citing the emotional toll this season has taken on her.
“The events of this season have devastated me, and while I cannot say much right now, I do want to set the record straight about one thing: the graphic sexual photo surrounding the events in Episode 5… That photo was not me.”
Brit added that she plans to seek accountability and move forward from what she called a “dark part of my life.”

⚖️ What Brit Eady Is Demanding In Her Lawsuit
Brit’s lawsuit outlines multiple allegations, including:
- Defamation
- Intentional infliction of emotional distress
- Sexual harassment
- Negligence and invasion of privacy
She also claims the network created a hostile environment by expecting her to continue filming after the scandal unfolded.
In addition to the $20 million in damages, Brit wants Bravo to immediately remove the episode from public access.
Frens, what are your thoughts on Brit’s lawsuit? Do you think Bravo crossed the line?

No, not Bravo. I think she’s out of line. I feel like Bravo had to tell the story of why Kenya was no longer there so there isn’t a problem with the episode. The picture is completely blurred and she said it’s not even her so what’s the problem!? She didn’t have any issues when she was threatening Kenya with a pistol. She should’ve been gone too 🙄
Wow 😯 reality shows isn’t for everyone.
