In case you missed it…

Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett called Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene “racist” after a heated House Oversight meeting on Thursday. 

The meeting quickly turned personal as the panel discussed contempt proceedings against Attorney General Merrick Garland. 

The conflict escalated when Greene made a remark about Crockett’s appearance, saying, “I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading.”

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez immediately jumped in to get Greene’s words taken down.

After several votes triggered by Greene’s provocative comments, Rep. Jasmine Crockett took a jab seemingly aimed at Greene. 

Crockett sarcastically questioned the committee’s rules, asking: 

I’m just curious. Just to better understand your ruling.

If someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody’s bleach blonde bad built butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?
