BET+ Brings The Heat With War Dawgz
BET+ is turning up the action this fall with War Dawgz, written and directed by Kevin Grevioux.
The new film premieres exclusively on Thursday, October 16.
What War Dawgz Is About
Set in Compton, California, the story follows Alonzo “Rocker” Rocker (Michael Beach), a military father who comes home from deployment to find his neighborhood under attack by a foreign invasion.
With communications cut off, Rocker becomes the leader of resistance as neighbors, pastors, officers, and even rival gang members unite to defend their streets.
Meanwhile, Rocker’s son Trent and his girlfriend attempt to restore communication with the Pentagon before it’s too late.
