AMC Theaters, America’s largest theater chain, will reopen its doors on August 20, 2020, and they are offering 15 cent tickets to entice moviegoers.
AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron said in a statement:
As our guests return on our first day of resumed operations on August 20, we invite them to join us in celebrating a return to the movies, and in celebrating 100 years of AMC making smiles happen with movies at 1920 prices of only 15 cents each.
In addition to lower ticket prices, the food and drinks at the concession still will also be sold at a discounted rate until October.
Everyone knows…that’s where you spend the most bread.
AMC Theaters has struggled like over-processed hair throughout this pandemic, so I’m sure they are happy to finally reopen their doors.
Now, it boils down to people being willing to come in the theater.
Will you be headed back to the movies?
