Al B. Sure took to Instagram on Monday to address the alleged Kim Porter memoir, “Kim’s Lost Words,” deny sex acts with Diddy, and request a formal investigation into her death, which he still claims was a murder.
In his lengthy three-part post on Instagram, Al B. Sure stated that Kim’s personal items, including her original book notes, were stolen.
“It has come to my attention that these persons were also instructed to steal her computer and mobile devices, which contained her original book notes.”
This may explain why he initially appeared to co-sign the book.

However, that quickly changed when he became aware of an excerpt which claims Kim Porter allegedly witnessed him engaged in a sex act with Diddy.
Al B. Sure wrote:
“Original notes are distinct from the fabricated bulls**t and offensive pages circulated via Amazon, which depict graphic sexual acts involving me that NEVER took place and were edited and added after Ms. Porter’s tragic murder.”
The ‘90s R&B singer also referenced his health crisis, touting himself as a “survivor” of an alleged attempt to take his life and silence him.
“Unfortunately, I’m the only survivor by the blessings of a medical team that initially gave up because of multiple system organ failure, septic, intubated, on a ventilator for 38 days, and forced to visit death’s doorstep. But the God I serve and worship had another plan. Keep in mind that this is just the ‘G’-rated version of what I endured over a decade plus to silence the OG.”
Al B. Sure also added, “I kept forensic records of every individual who was sent my way to set me up, track me, gaslight me, and allegedly cause harm to my system.”
His statement prompted many to question why he had never gone to the police with his evidence.
Al B. Sure also promised legal action against those attempting to defame him.
“There will be a significant suit headed right for the heads of the responsible parties who dragged my name into this bulls**t.”
