💬 Allegations Of Abuse And Emotional Distress
In her posts, Akbar alleged that her husband was physically and verbally abusive.
She shared, “Sitting here smiling trying to get through my day and dying inside going through so much behind the scenes. I was being a faithful wife trying right my wrongs and here it is a man jumping on me pillow talking making lies up, beat my face so bad and all he could say is my bad.”
She claimed that Taylor had not bought anything for their son and alleged, “He also wished my son b unalived.”
Akbar added, “I’m getting my number changed and getting so far away from everything I need a break.”
Describing the emotional toll, she wrote, “All I ever wanted was to love God and rap. I got married to be pleasing to God and my whole marriage has been a disaster. I did things out of hurt and anger when he drew the first sword. He hates me, I’m aware. You women can stop DMing me this. I know he hates me cause he beat me with another woman and I still get in here and work and try to smile.”
She alleged, “One time he put me in hospital for a woman after I found out what he did. And I’m tired of everything. I don’t got no friends or family. I’m alone and that’s OK.”
Akbar also shared, “On my birthday he wanted me to pay for everybody food and swig spike up and said why do Akbar gotta pay, it’s her birthday.”
She claimed he became angry and tried to embarrass her, “Put his hands on me again.”
She also accused his family of turning against her and said, “Got his sister Nia not liking me, his brother Swig, his whole family cause what I do in return of what he did to me.”
🧠 Postpartum Depression And Mental Health Struggles
Akbar was also open about her ongoing struggle with postpartum depression.
In another Instagram post, she wrote, “I’m human. I been trying to do right and walk right with God. Ain’t got nobody to really talk to. Going through postpartum depression, feeling like not waking up, getting out the bed. On top of that, got a man cheating on me, pillow talking, telling my business to women and making lies up.”
She continued, “All he can bring up is OTFZoo which was years ago. I’m tired. I have changed and tried to walk right. Man, I’m raising my son alone. I went through labor by myself. Whole 9 months this man has beat me and drug my name through the mud. I have pictures and all.”
She also described physical symptoms of stress, saying, “I stopped producing milk, can’t breastfeed my baby because of stress. I haven’t ate all day. I don’t eat.”
Akbar added, “God please don’t ever in life let me get this low and please don’t let me hold grudges cause right now my heart is filled with so much hate and anger and most definitely hurt.”
She concluded, “He’s not my son’s father no more. My son don’t have a father, just me as mommy. Money is not everything. I didn’t marry for money. I married cause I was in love but all I was in them people’s eyes was a come up.”

In addition to her written accounts, Akbar V shared a photo of her swollen face.
In the caption, she wrote, “I been getting my face punched in by my husband but turn around and ask for my money. And I was dumb. I still tried to work it out and figure out the problem. He gets mad when I find out he’s cheating. Do you see my face? Do you see what I been dealing with?”
She recalled a past incident, saying, “First time he beat me and put me in Jefferson Hospital cause he was telling his ex-girlfriend daughter she can call and ask him for whatever.”
She added, “Now he just did this on my birthday 08/22. And he such a narcissist told me it was my fault cause the guy tried to help me when he slapped me.”
Akbar said she considered going to the police. “I was going to make a police report cause he keeps putting his hands on me when he gets caught doing something he shouldn’t be doing.”

Domestic abuse—whether physical, emotional, or psychological—can be particularly dangerous during the postpartum period when women are physically and emotionally vulnerable.
