Two Colorado police officers are facing charges after the brutal arrest of an unarmed Black man was captured on their body cams.
Last Friday, police approached three men with outstanding warrants.
Two men fled leaving Kyle Vincent behind.
Kyle was strangled, assaulted, and pistol-whipped by Officer John Haubert during the arrest.
Kyle, who was begging for his life, suffered a cut to his head from the pistol-whipping that required multiple stitches.
Keep in mind, this is the same police department responsible for the death of Elijah McClain in 2019.
John Haubert has been arrested and charged with second-degree assault and attempted first-degree assault.
Francine Martinez was arrested charged with failure to intervene and failure to report use of force.
Both officers were booked and have been released on bond.
They are currently on leave.
