Yung Joc is sued by an Atlanta jeweler.
Yung Joc has been slapped with a $79K lawsuit for failing to pay an Atlanta jeweler for a 24-karat diamond bracelet he purchased six years ago.
According to the lawsuit filed Monday in Fulton County, Joc, born Jasiel Robinson, bought a ring and a diamond bracelet from Aydin & Company on Aug. 21, 2009.
Joc agreed to pay $17,500 for the jewelry, but failed to make payment “despite their repeated demands.”
After tallying up the interest, court fees, and attorney fees, Aydin & Company is now seeking $79,901.96.
Yung Joc has been on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” for two seasons and he has a sugar mama (Khadiyah). There is no excuse for this debt to remain unpaid.
He better set up a payment plan before his check gets garnished. The last thing he needs is to have his money funny with nine kids.
