If it ain’t about the money…
Young Thug has been slapped with a $360,000 lawsuit after he was a no show for a scheduled concert.
The rapper, whose name is Jeffrey Williams, and his Smyrna-based company YSL Enterprises signed a $55,000 contract with Nicholas Fitts to play a concert at Sahlens Stadium in Rochester, New York.
The lawsuit, filed in Cobb County court Jan. 17, alleges the rapper “did not have a valid legal reason for his failure to perform.”
No further details were given about why Young Thug didn’t perform. The record label he is signed to and the attorney representing Fitts didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
