Lil Scrappy is documenting his terrible car accident in Florida as well as his road to recovery in his new music video for “They Don’t Love You.”

The visual shows the actual footage of the wreck that left the rapper and “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star hospitalized and pretty badly broken up.
