Not only is the incredible Compton rapper making history as the first Hip Hop artist to receive 11 Grammy nods (one shy of Michael Jackson’s record), but he’s also giving back to his community and stressing the importance of mentorship.
Cornrow Kenny has releases a new visual titled, “Pay It Forward,” that picks up where “Hard Work” left off.
In the video, directed by Dave Meyers and The Little Homies discusses the impact having a mentor had on his life, he encourages others to get involved with the young people in their communities, and he documents his visit to The White House last year for a meeting with President Obama.
