Vince Herbert‘s financial woes are continuing to pile up!
Tamar Braxton‘s ex-husband is facing two new lawsuits – one for eviction and another for allegedly writing bad checks.
NK Real Estate Investments sued Logan’s daddy for failing to pay the $38,850 February rent on his 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,430 sq. ft. Los Angeles condo.
He was served last month and given 3 days to pay or scram.
Vince has apparently vacated the property because it’s back on the market, but the lawsuit is still pending.
Meanwhile…
A woman named Dakota Sal has filed a lawsuit against Vince claiming he wrote her two bad checks totaling $10,000 last month.
Dakota says both checks bounced and to add insult the injury…the account that they were written on is closed.
