In case you haven’t heard, the beef between the fellas of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” came to a head back in March inside the small space of a Charlotte’s Power 98 when Matt attacked Peter.

According to TMZ, Peter is planning to press charges.

Peter is pressing assault charges, and our ‘Housewives’ sources tell us his attorney subpoenaed the video from the radio station.
