Days after Kim Zolciak-Biermann was hospitalized for suffering a mini stroke, she took to her Instagram account to blast Wendy Williams for insinuating she may have faked the stroke to get out of competing on “Dancing with the Stars.”
During her Hot Topics segment on Monday, Wendy told her audience, “She [Kim] had a mini stroke…according to what she said.”
Wendy also discussed Kim’s hospital bed selfies saying, “To me a stroke is more important than a selfie.” (I agree with that!)
After recapping the incident Wendy Williams addressed Kim directly:
Kim, my thought is…I hope you’re not fibbing about the stroke. Because I too, wanted to get off of ‘Dancing with the Stars.’

Kim Zolciak-Biermann was appalled by Wendy’s remarks. The “Don’t Be Tardy” star posted an email from “The Wendy Show” asking her to Skype in as a guest and blasted the talk show host for being salty because she turned them down.
