Claudia Jordan has had quite an interesting year.
She relocated to Atlanta, landed a gig on a huge morning show, and she scooped a peach on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
A year later, she’s ready to leave Atlanta, she’s left the morning show, and her “RHOA” peach is in limbo.
On Wednesday, Claudia stopped by “The Breakfast Club” for a candid convo and to set the record straight on a few things.
For starters, Ms. Jordan says she has NOT been fired from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” as previously reported. But, whether or not she will return to the show is still undecided.
I’m still in the mix…I’m still in play with the ‘Housewives.’
I have not been released from my contract.
The way it works is they test people out every year and they see if they can get someone in there to change it up, get in the mix, and kinda bring life.
People don’t get their ‘Peach Status’ a lot of times until halfway through the season. That’s what happened to me and that actually worked against me.
Because when you get your ‘Peach Status’ later on in the show, you really don’t have enough time to show your storyline. Cause now they’re scrambling to try to put something together and you have a month and a half left of taping.
That’s what I fell victim to last season. But, I did enough to get it…
The most interesting part of the convo was when Claudia Jordan reluctantly opened up about being mistreated while working on “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.”
