In addition to the tweets, a point-of-view video was posted showing a man with a gun approaching Parker and Ward as they conducted an interview with Vicki Gardner, executive director of the Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Next, Williams opened fire on all three of them. Both Twitter and Facebook have removed the video and suspended the accounts. Unfortunately, the video is still on YouTube.
Vicki, who was shot in the back, was rushed into surgery and is expected to survive.
According to ABC News, they received a 23-page manifesto from someone claiming to be Bryce Williams and forwarded it to the authorities.
