“Uncle Buck” Canceled After One Season
Easy come…easy go!
ABC has pulled the plug on the Will Packer-produced sitcom, “Uncle Buck” after one season.
The show starred Nia Long, Mike Epps, and James Leisure. Unfortunately, their combined talents and star power weren’t enough to pull a chuckle out of me while watching.
James took to Twitter on Wednesday to share his disappointment with the news of the cancellation.
Disappointed. No more @ABCUncleBuck. Cancelled.Thankful to have worked with @ABCNetwork.Proud of what we've done. Thx 4 let us entertain u.

Nia already has something up her sleeve after hinting she’s “In” after receiving a call from Forest Whitaker.
When a girl gets a call from @ForestWhitaker all she can do is a happy dance. #I'mIN!

“Uncle Buck” isn’t the only show to catch programming fade.
“Limitless,” “Rush Hour,” and “Minority Report” are also headed to sitcom heaven.
