First Lady Michelle Obama To Appear On “NCIS”

First Lady Michelle Obama will appear in an upcoming episode on CBS’ hit crime drama, “NCIS.”

FLOTUS will appear as herself in the episode slated to air on May 3.

Here’s the scoop on what to expect from Entertainment Weekly:

Obama will appear as herself on an upcoming episode of the procedural, which will feature a roundtable on the Joining Forces initiative that she co-founded with Dr. Jill Biden in 2011. Joining Forces aims to support service members, veterans, and their families through increased education opportunities, employment resources, and access to wellness programs.

The NCIS episode will be set in the White House, as First Lady Obama welcomes Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the wife of a Marine for a Joining Forces roundtable. The extras in the scene will be made up of actual military spouses.

This isn’t the First Lady’s first acting gig. She’s already made guest appearances on “Parks and Recreations” and Disney’s “Jessie.”
