50 Cent inks exclusive deal with Starz.

Starz has inked an exclusive two-year overall deal with 50 Cent to develop new projects while continuing as an exec producer on their hit series, “Power.”

Carmi Zlotnik, managing director of Starz said, “Curtis is a wonderful hands-on producer and actor on Power and we look forward to expanding his roles behind-the-camera with Starz over the next two years.”

50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, shared his excitement about the new deal saying, “Starz has been the perfect partner to make Power the success that it is and I am looking forward to developing many more record-breaking series with them.

Season 2 of “Power” garnered an average of 6.8 million viewers per episode and season 3 is already in the works.
