True To The Game 2 is showing out at the box office.
The Manny Halley-produced indie film from Imani Motion Pictures/Faith Media Distribution, has grossed $610,710 in the first two weeks of release to become the highest grossing independent film.
It was also:
- #1 highest-grossing new independent film release
- #1 highest grossing film playing in less than 1,000 locations (281 theaters)
- #3 highest grossing Per Screen Average ($1,024)
The film starring Vivica A. Fox, Andra Fuller, Jeremy Meeks, Erica Peeples, Columbus Short, Lil Mama, Tamar Braxton, Iyana Halley, Waka Flocka, and more opened in theaters on November 6.
