A suspect has been arrested for the murder of Brayla Stone

Brayla, a 17-year-old transgender teen from North Little Rock, was found dead in a vehicle on a walking path off of Gap Creek Drive in Sherwood on June 25.

On July 2, a capital murder warrant was obtained for 18-year-old Trevone H. Miller of Sherwood for the murder of Brayla.

Miller was apprehended without incident and booked at Pulaski County Regional Jail, where he is waiting to be arraigned.

Trevone H. Miller was also arrested in 2016, in connection to the murder of Sylvan Hills high school student Bryan Allen Thompson

Like Brayla, Bryan was also found dead in vehicle.

Miller and two other juveniles were charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery.

Trevone H. Miller, who was 14-years-old at the time, made a deal with prosecutors to plead guilty to aggravated robbery in juvenile court and testify against his co-defendants in exchange for having the capital murder charge against him dismissed.

He never had to testify because his co-defendants pleaded guilty eight months later.

Police have not release any additional information about Miller’s arrest in Brayla Stone’s case including a motive.

I will keep you posted as more info becomes available.
