In the funny (and messy) skit, Sasheer Zamata plays the Queen Bey, who’s visiting the doctor (Alec Baldwin) for a check-up.
Meanwhile in the womb, her baby boys are living it up and throwing shade at Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland.
