Next Singer Tweet Sued For Past Due Rent, May Face Eviction

Next Singer Tweet Sued For Unpaid Rent

“You know it’s hard out here for a pimp…When he tryin’ to get this money for the rent.”

Next singer Raphael Brown better know by his stage name “Tweet,” is being sued by his landlord because he’s fallen a five months behind on his rent.

TMZ reports:

The landlord says she’s owed $48,000 in back rent.

BTW … the crib is a palatial estate in Encino, which vaguely resembles a castle … although it’s not in the Alps. It’s in the San Fernando Valley.

Brown is still living in the house. The landlord is also trying to get a court order to evict him.

Next has been touring and performing. I just saw them in concert two weeks ago.

Hopefully, some coins will come in so Tweet doesn’t have to lose his home.
