Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie Chrisley, were found guilty on all counts of bank fraud and tax evasion.

After a three-week trial, a federal jury began deliberating on Friday afternoon and returned the verdict on Tuesday (June 7) in downtown Atlanta.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” stars face up to 30 years in prison.

Federal prosecutors said the Chrisley deliberately “swindled” at least $30 million from community banks from 2007 to 2012 by inflating their net worth to obtain loans.

They are accused of purposely targeting smaller banks that did less due diligence than larger ones.

Then, Todd Chrisley filed for bankruptcy in 2012, erasing $20 million in loan debt.

The couple is also accused of hiding millions in earnings made from “Chrisley Knows Best” and they evaded taxes dating back to 2009.

Prosecuting attorney Annalise Peters also alleges Julie Chrisley launched 7C’s Productions solely in her name so that the IRS couldn’t touch the income to recover the $500,000 in taxes Todd owed from 2009.

The Chrisleys were living in Atlanta when most of their fraud and tax evasion shenanigans went down.

They relocated to Nashville in 2016.

Todd’s last social media post read:

God doesn’t give us what we can handle.

God helps us handle what we are given.

Now, sir…leave King Jesus out of this!
