Tika Sumpter’s mother, Janice Acquista, was arrested in North Carolina on Monday because of an overdue library book with a $10 late fee!
The actress took to Twitter on Monday to issue a warning to others after the ridiculous ordeal involving her mother.
Make sure you turn in your library books North Carolina! My mom was just arrested for having a late fee of 10 dollars on an overdue book!
