Terry Carter’s Widow Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Suge Knight, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, & Universal Studios

The widow and children of Terry Carter, the man killed by Suge Knight in a hit-and-run accident in January, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the former Death Row Records CEO, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, and Straight Outta Compton movie distributor, Universal Studios, Inc.

Via Deadline.com:

“This lawsuit concerns the tragic tale of how reckless corporate greed, disguised as the quest for authenticity, lead to a foreseeable altercation that resulted in the death of a successful businessman named Terry Carter, and left his wife of 28 years, and his two daughters asking why his death ever had to occur,” says the complaint Lillian Carter and her children filed against Universal Studios Inc, Knight, Andre “Dr. Dre” Young, O’Shea “Ice Cube” Jackson, Tam’s Burgers and others in L.A. Superior Court. Universal had no comment on the 6-claim complaint when contacted by Deadline.
