Rapper Tekashi69 pleads not guilty in his racketeering case and it appears he may remain in jail until his trial.
It looks like Tekashi69 may be gone to September (Wyclef Jean voice).
The rapper, who was scooped by the feds last week on racketeering and firearm charges, pleaded not guilty on Monday when he appeared before a judge.
According to TMZ, Tekashi’s trial date has been set for September 2019 and the 22-year-old may be marinating behind bars until then because the judge denied him bail.
His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, offered up $740,000 and proposed house arrest for his client, but the judge was not trying to hear it.
Since he was picked up on November 18, Tekashi69 has been moved to a new detention center.
