Tanisha Foster Ordered To Attend AA Meetings, Faces Jail Time In DUI Case
Tanisha Foster received good news and bad news when she attended court on Thursday for a bench warrant hearing. Get the scoop.
Tanisha Foster, the mother of Nipsey Hussle‘s 10-year-old daughter, Emani, received good news and bad news when she attended court on Thursday for a bench warrant hearing.
The judge recalled the bench warrant for the hearing she missed earlier this month in relation to her 2017 DUI case.
However, the court is still going to move forward with revoking her probation because she did not complete the required programs in her case.
A probation violation hearing has been set for July and Tanisha, who goes by Chyna Hussle on social media, may be remanded into custody if her probation is officially violated.
In the meantime, she has been ordered to attend AA meetings, she has to re-enroll in her DUI class, and she’s required to sign up for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Hopefully, this will get Tanisha to turn her life around as she continues to fight for custody of her daughter.
