UPDATE: Child Services Involved In Custody Case Of Nipsey Hussle’s Daughter, Hearing Delayed After Tanisha Breaks Down In Court

Tanisha Foster, the mother of Nipsey Hussle‘s eldest child, Emani Asghedom, says she’s ready to “rise to the occasion” for her daughter.

Before heading to a custody hearing for her daughter, Tanisha, who goes by Chyna Hussle on social media, posted a photo of herself with the caption:

Love my kids I’ll always rise to the occasion for them ❤️

Tanisha is headed to court after Nipsey’s sister, Samantha Smith, filed court documents seeking guardianship of Emani.

The family reportedly doesn’t believe Tanisha is fit to care for Emani full-time.

The judge denied the initial request and set a court date to allow Tanisha the opportunity to attend the hearing and fight for her daughter.

Hopefully, everything will work out in the best interest of the child.
