T.I.‘s misunderstanding with a security guard at his gated community has resulted in him being charged with three misdemeanors.

Henry County prosecutors charged the rapper with simple assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct stemming from the May incident where the security guard would not let him in the gated community where he lives.
Tip’s attorney says the charges are “baseless, ill-founded and unjustified.”
The attorney also added that Euwan James, the security guard “was fired for the way he handled the situation with T.I.”
The good news is Tip isn’t facing jail time with these charges.
