On Wednesday, the singer surprised his fan by releasing his new album, TV On The Radio, absolutely free on Soundcloud.
The nine-track album features Cee Lo performing over popular theme songs from TV shows including “Knight Rider,” “Family Ties, and my favorite, “Taxi.”
