Suge Knight‘s fiancée Toi-Lin Kelly was sentenced to three years in prison for violating the terms of her probation.
Last year, indicted for selling the video of the fallen mogul’s deadly hit-and-run accident to TMZ for $55,000.
Toi-Lin pleaded not guilty to counts of conspiracy to obstruct justice, conspiracy to violate a court order, and conspiracy to commit grand theft.
She was ordered to pay $55,000 in restitution, perform 100 hours of community service and serve five years on probation.
But, sis couldn’t chill in the cut with her blessing. She helped Suge violate a court order limiting his jailhouse phone communications by helping him arrange interviews with BET for their forthcoming Death Row documentary.

Toi-Lin was also communicating with Suge through a private investigator, which also violated the terms of her probation.
She pleaded with Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Douglas Sortino to have mercy on her and to think about her 8-year-old son, who would lose both parents as Suge is already on lockdown.
But, it didn’t work and she’s headed to jail.
