Stevie J Files Restraining Order Against Joseline Hernandez
The relationship between these “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” stars has gone from sugar to shizznit!
Stevie J filed a temporary restraining order against his faux wife, Joseline Hernandez on Wednesday.
The restraining order follows weeks of the “Puerto Rican Princess” taunting and threatening to expose Stevie via social media after he revealed they were never married.
Joseline, who now claims to be pregnant with Stevie J’s child, claims he loves gay porn and most recently she’s publicly accused him and his father of molesting his 6-year-old daughter, Eva Giselle.
In court docs obtained by TMZ, Stevie calls Joseline Hernandez “volatile, jealous and says she’s filled with an evil sense of revenge after their nasty split.”
She’s ordered to stay 200 yards away from him, but she can retrieve her Rolex and diamond ring from his house only if she’s accompanied by the police.
