Steve Harvey Receives Honorary Doctorate From Alabama State University
In addition to President Barack Obama, Cicely Tyson, and Tyler Perry…Steve Harvey received an honorary doctorate from Alabama State University after delivering the commencement address to their 2016 graduating class.
The actor, comedian, and talk show host expressed his gratitude in a post on his IG page:
Much love to Alabama State University for having me speak at their commencement ceremony!! Our future is bright!
He couldn’t resist showing off his new degree with the caption, “Dr. Steve Harvey in the building baby.”
