A judge has thrown out Mary L. Vaughn‘s $60 million lawsuit against her ex-husband Steve Harvey.
In her suit, Mary accused the comedian and show-businessman of prolonged torture with the infliction of severe mental pain and suffering” during their relationship. She also claims the abuse made her suicidal.
Unfortunately for Mary, the Los Angeles judge threw out the suit because he says it should be handled by a Texas judge, where the divorce took place.
Welp. It’s done for now…but it may not be over.
