Special Prosecutor Appointed To Review Jussie Smollett Case, Prosecution Is A Possibility
Jesus, K-Ci, Mary and JoJo… Chicago just won’t let go!
A judge has appointed a special prosecutor to review the Jussie Smollett case – how it was handled and dismissed – leaving the possibility of prosecution open.
In his order, the judge stated there were “unprecedented irregularities identified in this case” that warrants a review by a special prosecutor.
The judge also added:
If reasonable grounds exist to further prosecute Smollett, in the interest of justice the special prosecutor may take such action.
There was no master on the bridge to guide the ship as it floundered through unchartered waters. And it ultimately lost its bearings.
At this point, I don’t have a solitary damn to give about Jussie Smollett and his shenanigans. I reached my own verdict months ago.
