
Sharine Catchings Found Murdered In Car
Very sad news coming out of Chicago….
Sharine Catchings, a mother of two, was found shot to death in a car parked behind a home in a Far South Side West Pullman neighborhood on Wednesday (Nov 22).
Officers were called at 1:15 a.m. about a suspicious vehicle in the 11900 block of South Yale, according to Chicago Police. They arrived to find a blue Buick Regal on a parking slab behind a home.
Catchings, 30, of the North Lawndale neighborhood was in the front passenger seat with a gunshot wound to the head, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. She was dead at the scene.
According to Sharine’s family, the car she was found murdered in belongs to her girlfriend, who is reportedly on the run.
The family has launched a GoFundMe to assist in caring for Sharine’s two boys.
